The Menand room and the Berlioz room, as well as the other meeting rooms provide venues for numerous events.

The Media Library network
The two Media Libraries combine a large number of documents (140,000 books and comic strips, more than 500 press titles, CDs, etc.), have computers offering multiple digital resources, and stage many events (exhibitions, conferences, film shows, etc).

The Toys and Games Library
The Toys and Games Library offers the public more than 5,500 games, toys, CD-ROMS and specialist documents.

Issy Cinema
This arthouse Cinema focuses its priority on showing quality films.

ARCADES Workshops for Research, Artistic Creation and Higher Education
The mission of ARCADES is to involve members of the public interested in working with visual arts and wishing to learn about different graphic and plastic arts techniques.

Preparatory class
This class allows candidates, baccalaureate holders, to acquire general training in visual arts and to compile a dossier meeting the requirements of the entrance exam for Higher Schools of Art.

The French Playing Cards Museum
The original design of the French Playing Cards Museum, unique in France, provides a chronological and cultural visit. One room evokes the history of Issy-les-Moulineaux and its heritage (the chateau of the Princes de Conti, the earliest stages of aviation, etc.)

Niedermeyer Conservatoire
The National School of Music and Dance offers artistic education in more than 40 disciplines for over 1,300 pupils aged between 5 and 25.

The Cube
Managed and hosted by the association Art 3000, the mission of the Cube is to make it possible for any- and everybody to discover and use multimedia: introductory courses, workshops, activities with school groups, etc.
The Cube also provides support for artists.

CLAVIM
This association works in a number of areas: leisure activities, holiday activities, education and also citizenship.

Entrepont
Entrepont permits the development of all types of artistic projects concerning music, theatre, dance, circus arts, literature and multimedia.

The Espace Icare
Reopened in 2006 after being completely renovated, the Youth and Culture Club – Espace Icare, in partnership with the municipal authorities, offers many events and cultural and sports activities for young people.

KINO
The Kino association is dedicated to the promotion and presentation of animated cinema by means of educational initiatives for children and adults.

LES ARCHES
This artists’ association, created in 1991, allows residents of Issy to discover contemporary art through photo-montage, painting and sculpture.
